Art Ownership Information
All commissions made by myself will be free for me to post and share online or in a portfolio as I see fit.I own all rights to work. You are NOT allowed to use my art for A/I work or generative art.All personal art will not be sold or profited on outside of your commission. Any fan art from any games/show/media/etc may be sold by me via other art-based profiting.You are welcome to post/share your commission, please just be sure to credit me via my art twitter: JustSlayinArt
Art Processing and Payments
I have every right to decline a commission. This may be because I do not feel I can meet an expectation, I am not comfortable with the subject matter, or for personal reasons. Regardless, I do not owe you an explanation if I choose to deny a commission.I will not negotiate from my listed prices. If you cannot make a payment, I am not the artist for you.Please provide images and descriptions with your commission request. This can range from images/references found online or even to your own sketch ideas for things like positioning/poses to design.
Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.Prices my change given complexity, additional details or for rushed pricing. Any NSFW pieces will also cost extra if there are details/kinks I am not comfortable drawing; this will be described as Additional NSFW Tax.I request patience in me completing a commission. Please give me at most three (3) months max to complete the commission, as I have many other focuses/projects in my life and emergencies may also come up.
Regardless, you may always ask me for updates.Upon starting, I will provide sketches of the process and a sketch of the final concept. I may also send updates of the line art and/or flat color.You are permitted 3 revisions upon completion before I start charging for any additional changes. If you are egregious on your requests during the sketch phase, I may begin charging for revisions ahead of time.Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review.
Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you full res .png files of the work and watermarked .jpegs for social media posting. No physical product will be delivered.Once I receive confirmation of the sketch for me to continue working, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me.Payment is via PayPal only. An invoice will be sent by me.
A deposit of at least 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid before I start working.
Once the sketch is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I continue working and finish up your request.If you cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit but BEFORE the sketch as been approved, I can give a partial refund. (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum.)In the rare event I feel that I cannot complete the commission at all, I can give a partial refund depending on how much I have completed. (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum.)Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission. You will be refunded for the commission upon cancellation by me, but I will be keeping 50% of the total payment.By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above and on the invoice.

Build Your Artwork!
Please follow the sections step by step to calculate a starting price for your commission. In each step, please choose an option from the bulletin list. At the end, please add your choices between Step 1, Step 2 and Step 3 together to get a starting price. Depending on additional information and details, the price may be adjusted.
